In recent years, the rapid economic development of developing countries has made huge space for the development of various industries, especially the automotive industry in developing countries. The automotive industry in developing countries such as India and Thailand has high sales and production this year, and Thailand's car sales this year have set new records. In addition, many developing countries have strategic plans to support the development of the automotive industry, and their market potential is huge. The development of related industries such as automobiles is bound to drive the demand for hardware products such as molds and machine tool castings, and its domestic product constants cannot meet the demand and need to be imported in large quantities. China's hardware casting industry can seize this opportunity, selectively carry out foreign investment and factory construction, carry out nearby supply, and promote the development of enterprises in the direction of internationalization.

China's machine tool castings embark on the road of internationalization, and need to seize overseas investment opportunities, especially to seize the developing countries, which are increasingly important in the world economy and are relatively easy to break through. In order to meet the development requirements of industrial restructuring and low-carbon economy and realize the scientific development of precision casting industry, Luo Baihui, Secretary-General of the International Model Association, suggested focusing on the following work:

(1) Cultivate strategic emerging industries and modern manufacturing service industries, so as to adapt to the transformation needs of downstream industries, provide support for the steady and rapid development of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and provide a foundation for the establishment of a modern casting industry system.

(2) Comprehensively build an education and training network system for the precision casting industry. A variety of forms of running schools, effectively so that the foundry education and training work covers the whole industry.

(3) Help enterprises effectively use international laws such as the WTO to deal with trade disputes such as anti-dumping and strive for a voice in the international trading system.

(4) Adhere to the principle of "going out and inviting in", on the basis of running the China Precision Casting Industry High-level Forum and the Cross-Strait and Three Places Foundry Industry High-level Forum, further hold the Asian Foundry Industry High-level Forum and the BRIC Foundry Industry High-level Forum, and actively participate in the World Foundry Industry High-level Forum.

(5) Substantive participation in international standardization work. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, we will strive to submit several draft international casting standards led by China to the International Organization for Standardization.

(6) Carry out the credit rating evaluation of the national foundry industry.
